Alexander Baker

Alexander Baker is a researcher working on housing and security issues, with a specific focus on the securitisation of forced eviction. In 2016 he completed a PhD at Newcastle University on eviction enforcement in the UK, emphasising the role of resistance to eviction in shaping the development of eviction practices, and was a contributor to the recent collection Geographies of Forced Eviction (Palgrave, 2017).
