    • Harry Quilter-Pinner

    Harry Quilter-Pinner works at the Institute for Public Policy Research on public services, particularly policy related to health and wellbeing.
    Before joining IPPR, Harry was a research analyst at Global Counsel, a consultancy firm run by Lord Peter Mandelson, and an economic advisor at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. He has a degree in economics from the University of York where he remains a external associate member of the Centre for Historical Economics and Related Research.
